Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel any ongoing service within 15 days from the date of purchase or service initiation.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@calibremedia.co
Upon cancellation, any work already delivered or partially completed will be billed accordingly, and the remaining amount may be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy below.
Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the request meets the cancellation criteria.
Refunds will be processed for the unused portion of the service, after deducting applicable fees for any work already delivered.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Services
Custom software, website development, or design work that has been completed and delivered.
Monthly ad spend paid directly to platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Third-party tools or subscription costs purchased on behalf of the client.
